As with all LKS Services we can offer our support packages as White Label with our help desk acting as your own support arm.

Gold Support

Support Includes:
•    Unlimited telephone and e-mail support.
•    Unlimited immediate remote dial-in support - Stats show that over 90% of fault calls are resolved via this method.
•    Unlimited onsite engineer callouts.
•    Set up and configuration to enable dial-in support.
•    A full network health check.

Additional Pro-Active Support:
•    24/7 monitoring of your network.
•    Weekly checks of antivirus definitions, backups, software updates and server disk space.
•    Problems are spotted and fixed before you experience any downtime.
•    No need to invest in any new hardware.
•    Dozens of checks carried out every 5 - 15 minutes.
•    Regular reports to keep track of your network’s status and health.

Half-Day Site Visit Every Quarter:
•    A fault logbook: Users log all non-urgent faults and these are rectified in one visit.
•    Backups tested: A backup job is randomly chosen and dummy restored for peace of mind should the worst happen to ensure backups are working correctly.
•    Audit and report on recommendations to improve business performance.
•    Hands on server checks of antivirus definitions, backups, software updates and server disk space.

Silver Support

Support Includes:
•    Unlimited telephone and e-mail support
•    Unlimited immediate remote dial-in support (Stats show that over 90% of fault calls are resolved via this method).
•    5 Hours inclusive onsite engineer callouts.
•    Access to priority onsite engineer callouts.
•    Set up and configuration to enable dial-in support.
•    A full network health check audit to offer any recommendations.
•    Discounted rates on all further support required.
•    Priority service and quick response times on all issues.

Bronze Support

This is our “pay as you use” service and allows you to purchase “support credits”.

A one off fee for 12 months support will provide:

•    10 Hours of inclusive remote support fixes.
•    Access to immediate remote support fixes.
•    Access to priority onsite engineer callouts.
•    Set up and configuration to enable dial-in support.                
•    Discounted rates on all further support required.                
•    Priority service and quick response times on all issues.
