White Label Maintenance

LKS Communications offer white label Maintenance Services on all our supported products, we can provide a full Service Level Agreement with agreed response and repair times or if you prefer we can offer ad-hoc maintenance where you call us out when something goes wrong, of course without an SLA it is more difficult to provide a rapid response but we will always do our best to assist you.

Our Maintenance Services are available for our Contract Customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you have peace of mind that we are there when you need us.

We are happy to take on the support of your customer's existing system, just contact us and one of our engineers will visit them to assess their existing system.

All our maintenance services are white labelled so we always represent ourselves as one of your engineers, we have a lot of experience of reseller support and are familiar with business procedures in this area.
